Default Seagull PC9 Where can I get it?

I bought a PC9 last week from local flying club.
I flew yesterday for first flight. It got crashed due to radio interference. I am gonna change all my FM to PCM now.

I want to get another PC9.

I heard VMAR is piece of junk. Why is it?

How can I get 90size with rectract PC9?

If you have one or if you know where is the cheapest pc9 store?

If you know, please let me know...

Thank you

Check out the Horizon Hobby Website. Although they did not show it in their most recent catalog, they are the supplier of the Seagull PC9, and your right, it is a great plane. I had one and lost it due to a glitch as well. Let me know if they have any, I might just get me another one as well.

What kind of power did you use? I had an Irvine 53 in mine and it was just about right. I could do vertical snaps with a tail-slide and hammer-head turn at the top. It was my second plane! Just remember to keep you speed up ( I held about a quater to half throttle until I was on final, then quater throttle until I had the field made. I never bounced it one time!!!

Well I jusy wrecked my Seagull PC-9. Totally my fault as I was showing off for my grand kids and stalled it out after a touch & go. I had a Webra .61 and it was great. Verticle performance was excellent. it was stable as a rock. the crash was due to me doing too many touch & goes. I got cocky and started jerking it around the pattern at about 10 feet AGL. Thinking ahead for my next approach, I didn't feel the wind gust and it just picked the tail up and I froze as it nosed into the ground. The autopsy showed good construction throughout. I had glassed the wing center as always so it broke further outboard. but the impact was hard enough to smash the center section dowels and of course drive the firewall back about 3 inches. no glue joints failed just wood. I will definetly get another and am considering putting retracts in it (see the thread regarding "retractable undercarriage" in an arf) but don't think I have the building skills shown by Baldeagle. First though I ned a warbird and need to get the "Spitfire Bug" out of my system so will be trying that for a while, but I will definetly be getting another Seagull PC-9.
By the way the grandkids loved the crash.

That's not enough engine for either sized VMAR version. The Seagull is also the much friendlier flier of the smaller versions. There's an existing lengthy RCU thread about it which amply illustrates the pros and cons of the Seagull versus the VMAR PC-9s. The Seagull is a great unit. I love mine and I plan to always have one in my hanger. Currently one operational and another in the box and assembly queue.
