Hi all
As my G26 is the type that come with original factory carb block (black one) and black color velocity stack/trumpet, I wonder if it can fit inside the cowl or it would protrude out?
I seen some picture of those that come with BH conversion ie metal slashed stack that protrude out. Not sure of their measurement. I'm ok if its protrude out as its easy to prime with my thumb as well.
Also the stock tail wheel linkage doesn't look nice. Any one change to Sullivan type?
Thanks!

There is a huge thread right here

But the stock G26 will fit nicely. The velocity stack will stick out of the cowl about an inch (there is a pic of one in the above thread). You do not have to use the stack.
That engine is a perfect match for the plane. As far as the tailwheel is concerned, I think you will also find allot of people used the sullivan version. I stayed with the stock gear. My plane is more for those nice sunny days when we have visitors scheduled so it does not get out much.
I went with smoke on mine, this plane just screams for it, after all it is a showplane, so mine is a little fatter than most at 15.5 lbs but the G26 lifts it easily

Yep! I think I saw that picture of cannonball one! I also see the one from rongreg. My engine should be same version as cannonball one ie with the black color plastic stack and original carb block. The smoke would be very nice. I saw the super smoker video, holly cow! very very nice work of this pilot...
