Default Is their a cheap RTF?

I am looking for a cheap RTF gas RC plane. Im a newbie to the hobby. (I would rather have a Ju-57!!!) Is there a cheap RTF plane that is built and comes with everything (radio, engine, etc...) and wheels to land and take off with?

Thanks
Kurt

I don't thing you will find a glow powered RTF in that price range new.

You will also need support equipment to actually fly it this equipment may run you an additional 50-100 dollars depending on what you buy and where you buy it.

Also don't forget AMA membership ($58) to fly at most local AMA clubs plus maybe club dues cost ???

don't be discoured by the costs. Try the swap shops and check with the local club someone might be looking to sell their trainer and trad up

I'd like to echo what Crashem said. I think you will be able to find a plane RTF in that price range from a club member. Like the post above states, remember all of the support equipment.

I bought a trainer (used) for $100. It did not include a radio. Then a little later, I bought a Stik (not a good trainer) with a radio RTF for $180. I even test flew it that day.

Ask around. There are guys at our club that have 30+ planes sitting in the garage.

Mike
