Does anybody know how far to mount the engine on a somthin extra arf. Usually they give a messurement of the distance from the engine mount to the engine spacer or spinner plate. But this manual does not state that anywhere. SIG somthin extra arf Please help if you can THANKS in advance!

Default RE: engine space

Place the cowl on front of the plane, allowing about 1/2-3/4 inch overlap for mounting, and measure from the firewall to the front of the cowl, add about 1/16-1/8 inch for spinner plate clearance, and there's your distance. May have to vary it dependent on 2- or 4- stroke mounting.
