I have a Giant Scale Planes Super Chipmunk that i bought completely assembled but never flown. I was not happy with the job that was done on the cowl. the plane has a Super Tigre .61 in it with the stock muffler, and i would like to know if there is a muffler that i could attach that is not so large making the cutting on my new cowl minimal. Any help would be appreciated. This plane look awesome except for the cowl so i would like to mount a diff muffler that doesn't require so much cutting.
thanks

Pitts and slim line both make "pitts" stilye mufflers I used 1 on my Super tiger 90 it works well But I Soldered caps on the ends of mine and drilled the holes smaller to increase back pressure They come with to out lets that are consideraly large than stock muffler and it lowered mid range power Good luck Hope this helps Oh yea The pitts style muffelres are mad to go inside cowls Just incase you are not familliaar with them If you want to tay with stock type muffler one from an OS should work
