Default Extra 300L ARF 1.20

Anyone know where i can order parts for the 1.20 size? I lost the rudder, elevator and all hinges. Bought this about 4 years ago and never put it together. I've since moved out of my Parents house and now things are not around...Kinda stinks

Any help is appreciated. Wanting to get this thing in the air...

Regards,
Fas

Who is the manufacturer of the plane?

You can get the hinges at your local hobby shop or from www.towerhobbies.com

If you can not find replacement parts, you will have to build a rudder and elevators. I have a rather large rudder laying in my shop for an extra 330l, but it likely wouldn't match your stab or colors.

My fault...It's Lanier RC who makes this one. http://www.lanierrc.com/lrcprivate/r...tra300Larf.htm

Hmmmm...make my own? what do you mean by "stab" and how do i know how large/heavy to build it? maybe i could check out another planes spare parts if i find them and it's the same size?

I'm not into the build aspect so i am sorry that i'm not more knowledgeable when it comes to making my own parts.

Thanks for the responses. Let me know what else you guys think i can do and if what i mentioned above is possible.

Then again...Maybe i EBAY this one and let someone who is more willing to buy it cheap and make the extra parts and use that money to buy a new plane?

Just some more thoughts...

Thanks again,
Mike Fas

I would be interested in buying this plane at the right price then I could build the rudder and elevators. You could also list it here on RCU.

The stab is the part the elevators or rudder attach to. They are called horizontal stab or vertical stab as in stabilizer.
