Fuel proofing a cowl with lustrecote

I have a hanger 9 p-51 with a cowl that came paintedand not fuel proof, I have clear lustrecote made by monocote. Is this compatible to paint over what ever paint hanger 9 used to paint the cowl??

fuel proof

absolutely not compatible, try a poly urathane clear
