Default nitro models and cmp warbirds...Any Good?

These chinese planes are more like builds than arfs, and I dont have enough time or space to build ground up right now, but i want more warbirds Now!
So, Im looking at hangar 9 hell cat, and p51, and im researching cmp and ak and gws. All the same company? i dunno. Anyone dealt with these birds?
Ive read some of the hangar 9 thunderbolt thread and they had plenty of problems, however small.......
thanx in advance for you opinions!

I'm under the impression that all three of the vendors you mentioned are obtaining their models from the same manufacturer.

I just bought a CMP P-40 1.40 sized Warhawk. Haven't had a chance to unpack it as yet, but it looked good in the photos, other than the wheels being too small. Once they are retracted, you won't know the difference. <G>

I have a CMP Cessna 182 and impressed the quality and design, though couldnt have its maiden yet. Some quality control lack but overall Im happy with it.Prices unbeatable.Recommend to take a look at e bay for a good pricing.

yea......these warbirds have the same cheezy wing and tail attachment as the thundertiger rarebear arf. Pretty crappy looking inside, and the wing parts dont interlock at all. Just butt jointed everywhere. [X(][X(]Anyone remember building QUALITY planes?[&o]
