Default Accipiter Badius Problems

Hi
I have an accipiter badius. I tried to launch it several times but it appeared that either it was too heavy for the original propeller/motor or I was doing something wrong. After this, I tried to throw it and let it glide and it fell nose first every time. I ended up breaking a wing and the propeller. It seems that the nose is too heavy. Basically my plane doesn't fly when I launch. If anyone has any flight tips or knows how to fix these problems, it would be greatly appreciated.
