Default Sig Somethin' Extra dumb question....

I know this is a bit of a dumb question but where have other people mounted the on/off switches on this model? With such a small fuse and large wing chord there's not a lot of room left on the side. So if anyone can help out with some suggestions I would be grateful

While I'm on this model where have you got the CofG set? The manual says start at 3.5'' back and then move accordingly. So have people moved it back to improve the model?

Thanks,
Andy

Here's where I put my switch. I had to mount it upside down so the bottom of the switch was sticking up.

I set my CG around the stock mark & it flies very nice.

Thanks for the pictures, very helpful To get the CofG correct I have put my battery right over the undercarriage bolts but I can have a fiddle around and see if I can get the switch in there also.

Thanks for the help.

I know this is a bit off the subject, but does this plane have a wing tube? I've been looking for a mid-wing kit for float flying and this would fit the bill. Thanks in advance........

I have had the switch in several places. One is like the one pictured and one I put behind the landing gear on the bottom. The one on the bottom seemed to work ok as the oil never got near it.
