One of the national magazines had an article about one of the trade shows or somesuch. The article mentioned a list of Pica models that Cox was about to release. Think there were about 5 of them for the first round of releases. Seems they had two WACOs listed. 1/5 and 1/6 scale ones.

I read somewhere (can't remember where) that they were going to bring back the Dualist! That sounds good but I still think the real beauty of that airplane is finishing it yourself. Think I would still rather build that one.

fireman,
The unfortunate thing about our hobby now is that kits are going the way of CL and freeflight etc. Nowadays, the people who were making kits are now having the Chinese make ARFs for them to sell.

The good thing is that nothing has changed about building from plans or scratch.

Dont know why you find this so unfortunate? ARFS have been around for years the differance is we use to buy them off the hobby shop ceiling! I admire those who can build and hope it doesnt become a lost art

I did the videos for RCU Magazines coverage of the Toledo show.

If you look at the Cox Video, you'll see the new Duelist

Both are alive and well. In fact CL is making a come back. Thanks to CL ARF's. Lots of FF kits available, but at higher prices from lazer kit cutters.
