Default T-hawk Crashed 1st flight

My dad used to build and fly planes when he was younger so i thought i would see what all the fuss was about.
He took me to our nearest model shop and i bought a T-hawk xt3 which the shop owner said would be good for first time fliers.
I got it home put it together charged the battery pack and went to the park for a fly the same day. My dad said it was a bit windy but i wanted to see it fly so he took it up, he had to battle with it just so it didn't blow away!
After he landed he said we should go but i had to fly it! I took it up for the first time and was suprised at how well i was flying for 20 seconds! I then turned into the wind and it just made it flip over and smash to the ground, i spent £110 quid of MY hard earned cash on it and there was a lump out of the wing and a snap in the main body of the plane.

Its nothing a bit of Epoxy shouldn't fix but it's just such a bummer!

Anyone else have or had this plane?
