Default G.P. Super Stearman w/ 3 cyl. 170 Radial ?

I was curious if anyone has buit the Stearman with the Saito Radial if the cowl fit over the engine. Also any other building issues that should be resolved. How did it balance and what about the flight performance.

Thank you,
John

Default RE: G.P. Super Stearman w/ 3 cyl. 170 Radial ?

im not sure if you considered the power to weight ratio but if you havent the 170 weighs 46oz and the 180 single weighs 32 oz so if yhour more interested in scale looks and sound then the 170 but if yu want performance then its the 180

ill let someone else chime in on the CG aspects of this plane since i have the pitts monster .
