11 days ago I placed a bid through the classified section for a Nitroplanes Macchi. 8 days had gone by with no reply, so I phoned them and the response I got, was "Our E-mail person is gone for the weekend". Three days later I have not yet recieved a reply to my enquiry relating to my bid. I think if they invite bids, they should give me the courtesy of an accepting or declining in less than 10 days. RC Universe policy makes my bid locked in until Nitro Planes decides to get off thier butt and decide what THEY want to do. No more for me I've learned my lesson.. Gonna go to the local hobby shop or Tower from now on....Cliff

You can report them to RCUniverse. 10 days is a long time to be put on hold.
On the listing page, right next to where the price is posted, you can click on report to moderator. The moderator can help you out and make sure there is no bad reflection on you.

Problem solved...Moderator explained process and bid has been withdrawn. Still believe Nitroplanes lacks customer relations skills....... Cliff
