Hi all;
Does anybody know what size tank comes with the Tiger 60? I'm using the "stock" tank and with a Saito 82, I'm getting short flight times. I think I need to go larger. Has anybody put a larger tank in without major surgery?

I had the Tiger 60 about one year ago, and I beleave it had a 12oz tank in it.
I had a OS61 FX on mine and did not have a problem with runs being too short. I bought the plane second hand and never had the tank out of it. The plane met its end at the hand of a flying buddy.
Good luck with your Tiger and don't walk away if you decide to let some one else give it a try!

Ya, the planes are great if you have experience. If someone is only used to flying a trainer how ever, the quicker reponse to the sticks and the extra speed could make the plane a bit more than they can handle. [8D]

I changed mine to a 16 oz. tank with no adverse effects, fly with a evo 61 more than 15 minutes no problem

Did the 16 oz require cutting anything? Did it just drop in? What brand did you use?
I'm going to install an OS 61 and take the Saito out, (too sloppy!).
