It is available from VQWARBIRDS.COM They are the same company, but in US a different name. I have their T-6, and it is well built and flys great. Cliff

RE: Air Loisirs Cap 10B
BTW. does anyone remember the husband and wife team called the French Connection ? They flew a couple of Cap 10s. Daniel Heligon and Motaine Mallet. 68 and 52 respectively when they collided during a practice session in Florida. Seems they had an aerobatic school in Pompano or something ?
Anyway, I was a fan. I guess thats why the model struck a nerve with me.

Yep...Husband and wife. I think VQ has more than one size, as I got a note from Tomas that he had a "new" CAP10 in stock. I came close to getting one myself, but got the T-6 and am happy with it. I had a CAP 20 from Modeltech and it flew great, I just got a bit behind the airplane and dumped it.

Well, its 2 years later. I tried buying one from VQ/mar/whatever and they had stopped carrying them. Then they reappeared on Ebay. I broke down and ordered one.
I must say, this plane is adorable !! The covering is perfect. ITs as fat and squatty as it can be.
I like to keep a modern geometry aerobat in the fleet and one vintage aerobat. And this fills the bill for vintage.
Has anyone flown one of these ?

Try Hobby People in Southern California. I bought two 120 size over the last two months. They were getting close to zero on stock, though.
