Default Powering a Goldberg Decathlon

As much as I like to overpower my airplanes, I now find myself asking how little power you can use to safely fly an airplane. Specifically looking at putting a .61 in a Goldberg Decathlon. Why you might ask, well I got the .61 NIB free and I like the Decathlon. Has anyone built this plane and stayed at the bottom end of the recommended engine range?

Default RE: Powering a Goldberg Decathlon

I overpowered one with a saito 150 then swtiched to aan OS 91 fx 2 stroke that still over powered it. I found that this aircraft flew very well with a saito 90 fs so a 61 2 stroke should do well. It won't have great vertical but will be a good flier.
