From: Jurrasic Park, TX,
I had a chance to fly the new Sport Fun Stick 40 from Cedar Hobbies today. It is not your typical stick.
It has deep ailerons and counter balanced elevators and rudder. It also has a double taper wing with the tapers being on the LE & TE.
I was handed the bird in flight so I dont know about the take off, but I can say the it is a sweet flyer and it was able to be 3D hovered. I believe that with some flight time that a person could get it to flat spin pretty well.
The counter balance on the rudder made it surprisingly sensitive. It could easily be toned down with D/R or expo depending on your flying style.
Landing was nice and uneventful.
It was a real joy to fly and could make a good first tail dragger and/or a great sky basher
