Default Looking for new float plane

I am getting ready for the new season of float flying. I have the following planes in mind, a GP Shoestring, GP Cessna 182, Hangar Nine Cessna 182, and a Hangar Nine 80" Cub. I am curious if anyone out there has flown any of these as a float plane and if so how was it. I am considering using a YS 63 or 91 for power. I always like to have plenty of extra power on hand. All feed back would be appreciated.

Thanks
Sung
