I'm trying to find a set of plans or a kit that is as close to the old hanger 9 cap 232 40 size arf.
It has a 60 inch wing span.
I'm missing the front part of the fuse(from the leading edge of the wing forward)
and since the plane has been discontinued for many years, hanger 9 can't help.
So the next best thing is to look for some thing that is dimensionally close so I can build off of that.
I like the plane so I don't want to give up on it.
The challenge of rebuilding and getting it in the air again is fun.
If any one has an old h9 crunched cap let me know.

i got one in the attic its silver and says breittling on it.

about four years ago, right after take off it banked to the left and stayed there. not much damage it was on grass. i never did get it to fly it snapped right after takeoff. its in my parents attic and i could go get it for you and we can talk over the phone. i'll pm you wih my number.
