Hi Guys,
Took my Seagull Yak out on Monday for a days flying, everything was going peachy until my third landing, 4 foot from the ground and a "Willy Willy" came out of no where and slammed my plane into the ground before I could blink. Unfortuneately due to the grass strip we didn't see it coming but as it moved off the strip and onto the dirt we saw how strong it was, hurling large sticks and leaves everywhere.
I could not believe it, in the country where I fly due to the drought and winds we see them pass by regularly but didn't expect one to wreck my plane.

So if there are any ozzie's out there that need a few spares I have a set of wings with only the slightest damage to one aileron, also have the Canopy/hatch and cowl without a mark on them. Completely totalled the fuze though.

We had one of those come down the flight line and caused more damage than we could do in a week of flying! We call them Dust Devils around here....

you still got the canopy and cowl etc?
How much do you want for them?
