Hi I just brought home a mini pulse xt. The left aileron is warped. It doesn't seem to be twisted. It looks like it is just bent up on the inboard end of the aileron. When I try to set it neutral ,the bent part is higher than the adjacent part where it meets the wing. I guess this is better than if it was the outboard tip.
Is there anyway to fix this without removing the aileron or covering?
I need all suggestions or tips.
Thanks

Couple things you can do. You can heat the side on the back side of the bow, while bending it that way. Tightening the covering on that side will often fix the problem. I bought a mini Yak that had a warped wing that needed this treatment. I used a heat gun on that because it was a larger area, and I could hold it between my legs while I twisted it. Smaller parts are a little harder to do with only two hands, I assume like most people, you only have two. Cheers. You can doooo it.

Ditto what Ram3500 said....That method has worked for me as well. You may want to look into getting another set of arms surgically attached for this job. They can do all kinds of stuff with modern medicine...you may even start a new fad
