Default giaNT SCALE PLANES

I've read nothing but bad about the company and its planes. But!... a guy I know at the field just got the pink Giles and it was very light and looked good. So, it's anyone's guess.

Had the edge 540 Arf and put Bryson 3.2. Flew fantastic.
The plane is built light and it flies that way. Do not crash it as it is not designed for that...but the flight characteristics were fantastic.
OK..It get worse..Blew a hovering practice. Destroyed the fuse, but the wings both survived.
One call to them about my problem and the fuse kit arrived one week later as they promised.
Few hours work and back in the air. Trimmed out fine, but 20x10 prop too small. Landed fine......changed prop to 22x8. Rpm better... took off with guy on the buddy box near...fly farther away to stay away from him......he flies out there on the box too....you guessed it....head on!!!
Completely destroys the egde.......3 flights.......one !!%*&@!#$..trainer......has scratch on the engine area.
Whine whine!!!
Back to the original question.....I was satisfied with the service and the flying characteristics of the plane. There is a gyles at the field and he is also satisfied.
Again, you might want to check the structure too see if is to your liking, but the light weight did not hurt the flight.
MY vote is they service was good.
Think I will stay with twins!!!
