Ultra-RC customer support?

After spending twenty minutes typing a long winded post on how nobody is replying to me from Ultra RC, I went to post it and RCU flaked out so this will be short.
Ordered a canopy for a Giles on Monday 03/05/07 and the person who answered the phone was courteous and said the item was in stock and I'd have it by the end of the week. Although UPS's site shows billing info received on Tuesday 03/06/07 nothing has happened as of today 03/10/07. This package is dead in the water. I've called and emailed Ultra Rc on Thursday and Friday. Nobody answers the phone or my emails(yes I always check my spam folder) as to what is happening with this package. UPS responded to my email inquiry stating that the seller has not given them the package and I should contact them. Just an email stating "we are looking into it " would be enough but I get absolutely no response. Quality products at fair prices and customer service is what brings back repeat business. So far, I'm not impressed.

Don't feel bad...I emailed them about a month ago....I got a reply about a week later telling me to look for an email from there tech guy.....
Nope never heard from them...
Emailed them agian in the past week and yet agian...no reply.
And all I was doing was wondering if anybody had a problem with their Ultra RC zero's landing gear rail mounts....
I don't want anything...just thought I was doing a favor with some feedback.
The airplane is now fixed and flying agian..
I tried to keep if off the boards in private in emails...
Just some info for you guys with the zero...either I just got a dud or there's a problem with very weak landing gear rails...
