planes fly s good but when i give to much elv the plane snaps dose anyone know why?

Too much elevator throw.

Improper balance
Warped wing
Elevators not in synch with each other
Not laterally balanced
Not enough elevator throw -- yes, I said not enough
Incidence off

Could be anything. It would help if you told us what plane your flying and what setup your using.

It's a tip stall created by too much angle of attack.
It is accelelated by too much after C.G. even it has a correct elevator throw.
It would be corrected by reducing elevator throw, hasitating quick elevator
input, creating washout on the wing tip, moving the C.G. forward, etc.
