I have a vectorflight edge 540 and need a new landing gear. Anyone have any idea's what gear I could use to replace it?

Matt I have the Vectorflight 66" Extra and I replaced the aluminum gear with the Dubro Fibreglass gear. It looks good on the plane and
really holds up to those less than perfect landings. I think it should work as well on the Edge. I put mine on with 1/4" nylon bolts but I have not had to replace since I installed them. The gear does a nice job of absorbing jolts and you never have to re-bend it.
