Default Tiger Moth 3d

So i purchased a tiger moth 3d off of raidentech.com....(realize now i should have researched) the product came in quickly and i just puttin it together...charged it up and put the AA batteries in the tx turn it on and everything checks out....i left the tx on accidently and it started beeping at me so i turned it off....go to turn it back on and nothing works? the lights come on and it beeps 1 time when it comes on and when i hook the battery to the plane and turn it on the servos jump but there is no connection between the rx/tx......i smelled the controler but it didnt seem to have any burning smell curious if theres something im missing?

if something is wrong could i perhabs change the crystals from the tx/rx with my alpha 40 trainer and see if that tx works then...? or is this not possible..im new to flying if u cant tell

Im not sure what tx or model you have, but I know that on some of the cheaper rtf radio's, they simply won't turn on as a safety percausion. I don't know though, try putting new batterys in or charge the ones in there.

the tx turns on and the plane turns on but they dont seem to be communicating......i think maybe something fried inside the tx.....but like i said i have an alpha 40 with a jrs400 radio could i replace the rx in the new electric plane and have my jrs400 radio work?
