Does anyone have the GP Reactor EP? What do you think? Are the wings removable for transport?

Yes, the wings are removeable for transport. This design has the new wing tube technology so each wing half slides on a tube and is held down by two socket head bolts. You can put any servo you want into it, but anything larger than a mini will require some balsa cutting. A couple of slices with an X-acto and then some little ply strips glued to add some thickness for the screws is all you need.
Since there are two elevator servos you will need a "Y" connector or better a computer radio that can handle two separate elevator servos such as the Futaba 9C.

i think ro347 wants to get some info for the electric version of the reactor

yes i have one and wings arent removable

i fly mine with an axi 2808/24 - jeti 30 plus - aplus 2250mah 16c 3s1p and futaba 3114 mini servos - thats the only type of servos you can put ( mini not standard )

great plane, flying weight is about 800g unlimited vertical with this motor and great performer

the only think i didnt like was the wing - it would be much much better if it was removable but in a small plane like this one dont ask so much

Kom,

What sort of flying and how long are your flights? Sounds like a nice setup.
