[&o] Has anyone got a Hanger 9 Yak 54 and flown it ? Mine has a nose over effect when flying level and the speed is building .. other that that it's a great flying spot plane .

Have you performed the standard checks for engine thrust line setting?
It sounds like the engine thrust line may be off and you have compensated for it by using a little down elevator.
As the plane speeds up the control surface has more authority and tends to nose down.
You may need to neutralize the characteristics of the plane a bit more.

This seems to be a slow arch down. Like when it builds enough speed the hortz stab flexes and pushes the nose down .This starts after a brief level flight I think i will add a support to the front of the stab and re check the balance . The engine has a little up thrust to it .But i was trimming nose up . Yep a lot can cause a ill handling aircraft ,thime to re check everything . Thanks OPJOSE I would like to know if anyone else has one of these Seagull Yaks !
