I am looking for an ARF to put a .049 Cox dragonfly engine on. Does anyone know of any companies that make a 1/2A ARF or could you recomend an electric that would be a good easy conversion. I also listed a similar question in the 1/2a forum so hopefully between these two posts I should be able to find a good plane for my little engine.
Thanks,

You might get more info if you also ask in the RCU "1/2 A" forum:

Tower Hobbies has a couple of ARFs that use .061 to .074 but nothing for .049

SIG www.sigmfg.com sells a few Neofun ARFs that recommend .049 to .061

there is a 1/2 arf sold thru sig and shopotron called a ucan2. i have one with a norvel 0.61 on it. it flies but it really was designed for the 0.74. your 0.49 would not really be enough power for it though.

I would be surprised if it was too much for an .049.
