Default Firebird Phantom-Park Flyer

Well, this guy I know at work decided to bond with his 9 year old and got him a Firebird Phantom goofy looking parkflyer thing. Well neither one of them have a clue. He said they kept crashing it and half a dozen other things which i can only imagine they don't now what trim is or control setup and it's suppose to magically go in the air.

So I ended up with it and I guess i'll set up up and fly it. It has a Vtail. I assume pulling back on the stick makes both elevators go up and both rudders turn left /right as a normal single? This will probably more difficult to fly than anything i own!
