Just want to see if you guys have used the included CA hinges for the H9 Cap 1/4 scale? I put 6 on each elevator and about that many on the rudder. Im putting other CA hinges B&B 1/4 scale on the ailerons, mainly because I ran out or lost the other included ones! Any thoughts? Mounting up a OS 1.6 on it! Im hoping will be good combo.

I'm also building one right now. Not many of us building these things I guess because they don't make them anymore. The CA hinges will work fine on all the control surfaces. I'm also installing a O.S. 1.60 FX on mine. With a slimline pitts muffler and a perry vp-30 pump to help with the fuel problem when you use a pitts muffler. I'm going to use Hitec 945 on the rudder and 605's on the ailerons and 2 545's on the elevators. I'm going to mount 2 elevator servos in the factory spot on either side of the rudder servo and use carbon fiber push rods for each half of the elevator.
Keep me posted on how it goes.

I have never had one of my CA hinges ever fail on any of my planes. Even in the most wildest 3D moves. I use them on all planes form 30 size to 1.60 Size. I they are done right you will never have a problem with a CA hing. Sig easy hinges are some of the best CA I think. Give thise a try next time.
