Default KMP Beaver - Tail wheel assembly

[&o] I've come across another problem with the KMP Beaver ARF. First the flaps were about 1/2" too short, they were replaced by KMP with a short delay. Next the joiner tube was very tight in one of the wings, it wouldn't insert more than an inch or two. A Kondor said to sand the inside of the fibergalss tube with sandpaper on a dowell, which I had already been doing. After many hours of sanding I can get the tube installed into the wing but it is still too tight but will have to do as I'm tired of sanding. NOW to the current problem, the rudder/tail wheel assembly. Has anyone come up with a new disign for this application? I would have to remove and replace the bulkhead, it's is about 1/2 crooked as it is now. The rudder control bushing will the have to be installed into the aft end of the lower compartment hatch. Maybe someone has come up with a new design that they would like to share. HELP PLEASE
Richard
