Default Help with painting

I'm considering the Kangke USA Cap 60. I just don't like the colors. I can pull off the Ultracote easy enough, but how do I re-do the fiberglass cowl and pants. Is the only way to sand, prime, and paint? Or is there an easier way to remove the yellow paint? Most likely the predominant color will be white, so the yellow can't bleed through. I want white color, and not just pale yellow.

Next, is this plane right for a 91FX, or more along the line of a Webra 120? I fly'em pretty hard.

At 8.5 pounds, my Edge likes the Webra, so is the Kangke Cap about the same weight? Otherwise, the 91FX could also have a Jett muffler too, if need be...
