There is a picture on the first page of the Quantum Models advert in the May MAN.

Blue fuse, yellow wings. looks like a texan.

Default Looks good!

Yeah, that really looks nice, doesn't it? I just wish they would have made it in giant scale, something big enough to hang a gasser on. I got to fly some aerobatics in a real one recently(actually in the Navy version, the SNJ) and have been wanting a big model of it ever since. :sunsmiley

GSP makes a SNJ Texan Arf for around $800 with over a 100" wing.

The Texan scheme is from Fred Johnson's (TOC judge fame) full scale Texan. It is a Navy SNJ. Just got back from flying the prototype at the H9 secret test field today, what a blast! Flying formation with the P-51 and the next H9 warbird the ?????????. You didn't thinkk I would let the cat out of the bag ,,,,did you?

Let's see,

IF I could even get the time off,

is it smarter to spend the money on hotel rooms and travel expenses...or a new ? model. (Will whatever it is be for sale at the show
?)

At least spill the beans and include a photo here the first day of toledo for those of us that can't go.
