I'm starting to build this cub and have a question on wing construction. Saw on another thread that some were saying they had neg diehedral, not sure but taking that for downward at wing tips. I was doing a dry fit to make sure it would go togethor right and noticed some diehedral, but positive, upward.
Is there suppose to be some on this bird? I can fix it for flat wing before I start glueing but don't want to screw something up by taking it out or leaving it in.
What's the right way to go on this?

I think mine has a small amount of positive diehedral. It sure is a well built and covered ARF. I have an OS 48FS on mine and it is going to be on floats. I haven't quite finished it as I am working on my GP Wagstaff that has been sitting unfinished for 6 months. Too many projects!

I thought a little wouldn't be bad, if not desired. It's small enough that I can trim it out or maybe use the struts to pull it out.
I'm putting a Magnum 54FS in mine. I had a OS48FS that I was going to put in it but put it in my Rascal instead.
I know what you mean about a lot of projects. I have the SkyRaider that I've been putting togethor for some time now. Still have boxes in the storeroom waiting for their turn to be pulled out.
I need more off time to get all these planes built.

I have had my clip cub for about a year. Great little plane. I didnt notice any negative dihedral in the wing, looks flat to me. Have a magnum .54 4s in mine, good combination. Only thing I changed was getting a good quality Klett tailwheel and cub main tires.

Mine was flat. Definitly go with a spring tail wheel of some type and you already know from previous e-mails that I loved my over sized Trexler tires on my WM Clipped Wing Cub. They just look too cool and since you already work at Hobby People you should be able to get a great price on them.
