Default Ultra Stick ARC???

Has anybody special ordered an Ultra Stick 60 (or any other plane for that matter without the covering). I personally do not like the covering and would like to get one in the more traditional red color for the Stick. I have a buddy of mine who also is going to get a Stick and wants to recover it as well. I don't want to build one since I am not good at kits, but at the very minimum, I will get one and remove the covering. At least replacing the covering of a plane that has never had fuel in it would be a lot easier than a plane with hundreds of flights.

There's no reason why you cannot remove the covering and put your favorite on.

Clean a new one and spray it with red Luster Coat?

None of the 'big' distributors (GPMD, Horizon, Global) offer this kind of flexibility; and I doubt that many smaller ones do either. I think GP offers one biplane and a P-51 as ARF or ARC. Other than that you'd have to buy an ARF and recover it.
