Default Anybody had this problem?

While doing construction on my 27% H9 Cap, I noticed that the holes seemed a bit big for the supplied "Robart type" hinges. I called H9 support and was told not to worry. I told them I was using Pacer hinge glue and they assured me that if I used enough glue that it would hold. Well here I am a day later, after using 2/3s of the bottle on 27 hinges and one ailiron came out with moderate pressure while the rudder required less. The elevators seem OK as well as the other wing-- although I only used moderate pressure on it also. I know that Gorilla Glue will expand and take up the space, but I already have glue in the holes. Will the Gorilla Glue stick to the Pacer that is already there? Or how do I go about cleaning the mess?

The Gorilla glue will stick to anything including your fingers.Once installed, position the piece vertial so the glue can "puddle' around the barb. You'll be fine.
