*GP Giant Aeromaster $100.00 Off*
Has anyone noticed that the Great Planes Giant Aeromaster Biplane ARF has the price reduced by $100.00? I know you have to hack a lot of the cowl away on the side for all the gassers but other than that the reports I've read look good. What's up with the price reduction???

Maybe being overstocked plus discontinued might both have something to do with it. Sure is a nice plane though, at a great price.

It is on there website in the closeout link at 259.00 with [email protected] also. very tempting, Inever researched the plan before thouh.

OK, so I get home to find an e-mail from Tower 30.00 off 199+. I now have one on the way for 219.00. Seriously thinking about the OS 300 twin to put in it. Is there a replacement landing gear for it> Is it best to just tape up the org??

I seen the Stearman for $249...and there is a coupon for $25 off. I do not know what shipping is. The Aeromaster is a very aerobatic airplane I have been told. It makes for a hard choise...which one!!!! Capt,n

If any of you are thinking about getting the Giant aeromaster I would just go ahead and get one at this price. i have been flying mine now for 6 months and it is a great flying bipe. I have a Brillelli 40GT with a wrap around muffler and that is plent of power for this plane. it does wonderful knife edges. The stock landing gear is very strong, but the fiber glass coving over it will split very easy so I would wrap some white tape around it. The cowl is very narrow for a Bipe and if you use a gasser in it you will have to cut it quite a bit to get your muffler to clear. Here are a few pic's of mine. It is the easyist plane I have every had to land. just line it up with the runwat and cut the throotl back to just a little ove idle so the plane is still pulling just a bit and watch her come home.

You know I must have been wrong...its easy to mix up them 2 Bi-planes. Maybe it was wishfull thinking. I will look too see if and where!!!! Capt,n[:-]

Mine arrived this morning. Very nice plane at a great value. Covering is excellent, very little wrinkles and the trim coat is right on. I hope to start on it tonight.

I am a Tower Club member. I found the lastest Tower talk. 249.00 with 15.00 gift card. I used a code I got from Tower e-mail for 30.00 off of 199.00+ and got free shipping for club member. Total was 204.00 if you count the gift card.

The e-mail says club member only code. If your a member and did not get the e-mail shoot me a PM. I am pretty sure the Tower will reject code f your not a member. They have been cracking down lately(last year or so).
