The Super Stick .40 ARF is terrific flying airframe and a good value for the money. It will be a lot faster than the Sky Fly that you've been practicing with.
I think if you work with a club instructor, you should enjoy great success with this plane.

The Super Sticks offer increased control authority, due to their larger control surfaces. In fact, the aileron and elevator chord (width) has been increased by over 25% for absolutely incredible roll and pitch response. At high speeds with full aileron deflection, the roll rate is almost too fast to count . . .
If you've never seen a plane roll five times in a second you can't appreciate how disorienting that is for a new pilot. These are wonderful planes, but not the place to first learn about ailerons without an iinstructor at your elbow or, better still, on the other end of a buddy cable.
PS - do you know how or what to look for and listen for with aileron flutter to know whether you're in trouble or not with a large-control-surface model like this?
