Default Muffler Solution for a Pusher? (Bobcat 50)

**Oops.. I found the other Bobcat threads that cover this plane very well. I dont know how to close/delete a thread or I would, but I welcome a mod to do it =)**

I just ordered a Bobcat 50 from Nitro Models. I am going over my engine choices now. I was considering a GMS 76 (claimed 2.5 hp). I do have right now a brand new YS60 rear exhaust, and also a well used YS60 side exhaust. I would like to put the RE on it, but I can't think of a way to run the exhaust.

Does anyone have any clever ideas as far as exhaust for this plane (or any pusher really)? Anything more creative and better looking than a muffler pointing the wrong way? A full length tuned pipe might look ok, but I read the paint is not fuel proof so I'd rather have the exhaust exit as close to the rear of the plane as possible.

Here are my considerations so far:

1. GMS 76 with muffler pointing "wrong" way. (forward relative to airplane)

2. Clunker YS60 with open header, chopped and pointing to rear. (toward prop)

3. YS60 RE with full length pipe. (If I can find a header that will allow that, I doubt it)

4. GMS 76 with pitts muffler. Outlet pipes ground off flush with muffler box.

Any good ideas? Remember noise isn't an issue.

Also, what's the difference in power between a standard muffler, a pitts muffler and an open header? I want this plane to really move out.
