Default CG Tower 60 trainer

I have inherited a 60 tower trainer and have done some mods. It is very old and was in need of recovering, so in that process lead to converting to a tail dragger, swapping out the OS FP for a TT60, fixing the aleron (sp) flutter with dual servos and finally getting rid of the rubber band attachment system. Placing my fingers at the wing spar the nose drops about 30 degrees. To get it to balance level I have to place my fingers about 5/8 of an inch in front of the spar. So I think this old girl is nose heavy. Does anyone out there know what the CG range is on this plane? Thanks in advance for your response.

Balance it about 25% of the M.A.C. and you will be ok. If the wing is not tapered and is a rectangle in plan form just balance it 25% of the cord and you will be Ok.
