Here are mine. The Gee Bee is a discontinued Hobby Lobby ARF and the T-28 Trojan is a Parkzone RTF. It took a few more hours to assemble the Gee Bee
Power for the Gee Bee is a Saito 1.20 and the controls are Hitec servos and Rx. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your point of view) it's raining this afternoon so no maiden flights today. There's always tomorrow though. Happy Holidays all.

I got a new Twist 150....which is actually a replacement of another Twist I had which developed sudden mechanical failure and suddenly came to rest upon the earth![sm=confused_smile.gif] It was a great Christmas at our house....hope yours was great, too.

I got a real piece of junk(not to complain but I am)-a Big Stik from cedar hobbies, this thing is huge and the covering which resembles holiday Saranwrap and it is built out of wood that is not light ply or balsa-it reminds me of the wood used in bushel baskets and fruit cratesat the farmers market and it seems heavy. I do not know how much she paid but I hope it was not much, it is thought that counts right?

Get her a diamond bracelet next year...just don't tell her it's cheap glass.[:@] Ohhh! I'm just kidding. It is the thought that counts, so don't be hard on her. She was either on a budget this year or she just doesn't know good quality in ARF's...most women don't. Drop some hints next year as to what you really want. Take your stick and enjoy it. What do you want - a wife that gets you an ARF for Christmas? or...would you settle for a tie or a pair of socks as I'm sure others have gotten. MCaaHNY!

Dave Platt Fw190 D , its a major box of wood that I cant wait to start building , plus a great squardren walk around book , an Fw 190 arf from some company in china , not CMP or Flymodles , it has split flaps and mechanical retracts , I plan to bash this one , it has a ton of potential .
Lastly the At6 by eflight , so I guess i hit pay dirt , the charm braclet paid off along with the new cloths

I was in the LHS the other day and a wife and teen age daughter were buying stuff for hubby. They were complaning about how many planes he had already.
I asked how many pairs of shoes they had? End of discussion.

A new truck?? None of my toys even compare. Did you have to be naughty or nice to get that? Assuming, of coarse, it was from your wife....

Here's the truck.

Well, the wife says it was from her, kind of the gift from us to me. I was good too.

Ok but you have to know the rules
, I play wifey game of what do you want -its not about need , its about what do you want .
Then she plays mine , as a result she actually wins an academy award for acting like she is interested lol , but in the end we get things we pick out . I just consider myself blessed that I can afford the hobby and have a nice holiday for everyone involed

Did the maiden flight for the Parkzone Trojan today and it's one great flying airplane. I was really impressed with how well it performed right out of the box. A couple of clicks of trim and it was flying hands free. It's got plenty of power and does most aerobatics very well. Pretty impressive for an RTF. It took longer to charge the battery than it did to assemble the plane. Outstanding little airplane!

Tomas that Nintindo Wii is probably the best console ever put togther. My son had his mom, grandmother and grandfather playing on it. Truly anyone can have fun on that thing.
