Hello All, I am looking for a good all around ARF. I have a 31% Extra and a DP Ultimate 40 as well as some others. I am looking for a something to take to a smaller field and just fly a lot with. Here are some of my ideas, Ihave decided that I need a Saito 100, so here is what I came up with. Let me know your thoughts.
Sig 4*60
CG Tiger 60
WM Chipmunk
CG Decathalon
Any others? Any opinions, on most durable, good all around choice? Thanks

I really like my WB Chipmunk. Great looking and flying plane, that would go well with that engine. If you can get the version without Retracts, I would suggest that.
I originally had an o.s. .91 Surpass on mine, but recently swapped it out for a ST .90 two stroke. I can't wait to fly it. I also ripped out the Retracts and fabricated a set of standard gear on the fuze just in front of the wing.

I recently built a GP U-Can-Do-3D and I like it more than anything I have flown. I am building a DP 330 Extra and I hope to like it as much. But for the ease of construction, quality of kit, and flying characteristics, I consider it a real winner. It is primarily a 3D plane so you don't want to fly it too fast. I use triple rates to make it as tame or as wild as desired. I also love the one-piece wing. I've heard of people building it in 6 hours. I recommend a .91 or 1.00 four stroke. I use an O.S. .91 and had to use a Cline regulator due to carb being lower than tank with inverted engine installation.
