I promised myself as well as my wife that I wouldn't buy any more planes this year, but a buddy brought the newest addition to his hangar out to the field, the "U can do 3D" with a YS .91. What a Scream!! I don't know if I can hold back. Doh!!!! And it has to be an ARF too. Double Doh!!!

I know how you feel jj, I have a bad case of " I gotta have it too" fever. A guy came to our last meeting with one of those planes and the fever started to come back. He said I could fly it though, maybe I shouldn't. Where do you fly out there?

I think we need a 12 step program and national support group. RC-Aholics Unanimous. We can discuss our latest copulsive purchases, and solicit recommendations from other members for servos and engines. Hey, we have it, it's called RCU!
I don't think we're cureable. Speaking for myself, I know I don't want to be cured!

Put me in the "don't want to be cured program".
I flew a ucd last weekend and really liked it. I think it is a good buy for the money! The only complaint I have is it couple pretty hard with rudder. It pulled to the belly. Of course most airplanes pull some and this can be mixed out, so its not really a big problem.

A friend of mine got one and I was hooked just watching it fly. I have one now and I can honestly say it is the nicest plane I have ever flown. I hope that isn't true after I finish my DP Extra 330L. As I said in a post yesterday, set it up with triple rates and you will have three different airplanes ranging from a trainer to more than you can handle. The only issue I had with it was engine flooding due to carb being lower than centerline of tank. I solved that by installing a Cline regulator. By-the-way, I powered it with an OS .91 four stroke.
