Because I'm not a big fan of inverted engine installations.....would rather sacrifice a bit of looks and have an upright engine.

One fo my friends has two seagull pc9's he loves the plane but both of them have problems with the engine inverted .They dom't want to iddle right as well as run when you hold the model upright the only way is to side mount the engine.

Inverted engine performance issues seem to dog certain types of motor more then others IMO.
Especialy if you get the tank height wrong.
it may help if you use an plug with an idle-bar , but I don't have trouble with the inverted Irvines I run.
