The cowl/fuse color lines are 1/2 off...I found that out while I was mounting the cowl...you get one side lined up anf the other side is a good 1/2 off...I have often wondered how they knew where to start and what angle to start with without the engine and spinner back plate in the plane for a reference...now I know...they don't.
Oh well...such as life goes when you get an ARF...other wise everything else looks good.

That should be unacceptable. They should send a new cowl or fuselage, whichever is off. Or better yet send it back and ask for a quality control inspected airplane.

I have built all three colors and the only one that the cowl matches the fuse is the purple version. the Wagstaff and the silver ones the lines don't match up. I talk to Steve at Airborn Models about this and he said that they are going to try to fix the problem. He said there is nothing he can do for you about the problem.

what I did was usw some 1/4 white trim tape and did my ****ing and now look much better.
Yhe lines on both sides of the cowl were good 1/4 off from the line the fuse whee it meets the cowl.
