Default Trying to find fuel line clamping device

I have a plane that has a plastic device for clamping a fuel line when you are refueling from a Dot. It keeps the fuel from running into the carburator instead of the tank. It is a little plastic tapered piece that slides back and forth on the fuel line from the narrow side (shutoff line) to the fat side (fuel line open). Does anyone know who might carry these.
