Aero Works 90/120 Yak54.
Instructions are included to mount a 120 Saito.
Saito 180 is not that much larger. Reviews have been done with a Saito 180. Excellent airplane. Will do what you want.
Assembly manual is avialable as a download at aero-works.net. Here''s the link to the manual. http://www.aero-works.net/upload/man...yak_manual.pdf

thanks..I thought hanger had a edge or etra for 180 but aeroworks and quique''s yak is awesome as well.I recently started flying 3D hobby shop electrics and QuiQue''s 59 inch is likely going to be in my hanger too.I also have a satio 150 that flew my laser 200 so its a tough choice but either one will be awesome.

awesome planes.I did review the aeroworks and the build looks fairly easy as I have built over 50 planes kits and arf''s..I''ll check out the ultra as well and CMP..thanks I really cant wait to get one.I also have a sdatio 150 and might look for a 120 size plane and install that as well.

ultra rc is selling the katana extreme on ebay for around 200.00 or on their web site for 269.00. I ordered 1 plane from each site just in case. I recieved both planes in the mail the next day! no joke! That was just a couple of weeks ago. It's an awesome flying plane especially with that saito 180.

how about the ultra rc katana extreme
how about the ultra rc katana extreme
Is that the stock landing gear? I thought Ultra was useing the Stork leg looking Carbon fiber tube landing gear, or is that just on the Giles 202? From what I have read in the past, Ultra was sold and they are just getting rid of old stock.

When they are gone, they are gone. Parts and all.[X(]

I'm sorry. My photo of the Katana Xtreme is misleading. I installed graphtec landing gear after discarding those carbon fiber tubes. They cost about $50, but it is still well worth the money. You can see how I installed the gear on the ultra RC Katana new release thread. As for ultra RC I believe the owners decided to sell on E-bay because they found a broader market. They obviously have sold 100s of these planes that way. That's just my humble opinion. Stan

The instructions do not show the Saito 1.20, but the smaller and lighter 1.25. The 1.25 is not enough though, and many people have been doing the Saito 1.50 and 1.80.
