A bit late posting this, but I've owned one for many years now and have a great performance and reliability from it. It was reported you can go down as low as a ZDZ40cc but although it will fly well (tried it), it is a little under powered on the vertrical. A 60cc would be much better. I've now installed a ZDZ80cc and is just awsome performance. Can't fault the model.

I agree with you Dick, I've been flying this plane for more than 3 years now and powered with a 3W50 with tuned pipe it's a real hammer. Turns a 23/10 Mezljik at about 7000 RPM.
About the 3W50, I'm very satisfied about the perfomance but I had many starting problems with it. I'm using a DA50 in a Weiershauser Ultimate now (73inch) and man, what an engine !
Beats everything else I've owned so far. Relaible, much perfomance and very easy to start and tune. (See the picture of my new baby)
Thanks for your post.
